Frequently asked Questions
Standard shipping times are 7 – 10 business days in North America. Express shipping times are 2 – 3 business days in Canada and 3 – 4 business days to the United States.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of product delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return product.
Please contact us at email@example.com to change your shipping address before your order has shipped.
You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. If you order has tracking (or you have paid for a tracking upgrade) you will be provided a tracking number at that time. You can then use that tracking number on the appropriate shipping providers website to track your shipment.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to update your address prior to shipment. If the order has shipped, addresses cannot be updated in transit. Should the package be returned, we will attempt to ship if to the correct address, at the buyers expense.
We currently offer free shipping anywhere in North America. We will ship outside of North America, please email email@example.com for a shipping quote.
Multiple items will ship in a single package.
